Originally from Southern Spain, I have been cooking at yoga retreats around the world for the past seven years where I get to work in my passion of sharing the knowledge and love I have for healthy and nutritional food.
I trained myself in Ayurvedic cooking in Mysore, South India where I lived for several months and then cooked for the Ashtanga community for four years. I now cook on the island of Ibiza at a yoga retreat and fitness camp, preparing nutritious, exciting, and delicious meals for clients.
It is a great privilege to share the love and passion I have for healthy and nutritious food based on Ayurvedic principles with these young Sri Lankan chefs who are also full of love for the kitchen! A beautiful experience in a charming part of the country.
