I recently spent a week at Sen Wellness Sanctuary and it was truly an incredible experience. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere and such a wonderful, calming energy throughout the entire property. It’s quite secluded, which makes it perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.
The beach nearby is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Because of the strong waves and currents, swimming in the ocean isn’t really possible, but that honestly doesn’t matter at all because the pool is fantastic and perfect for relaxing. If you’re lucky, you can even watch turtles coming to the beach at night, which is a truly special experience.
Everyone in the Sen Wellness team is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They truly care about the guests and are always there whenever you need something.
The treatments were outstanding — from wonderful massages to acupuncture and relaxing flower baths. There were also beautiful experiences such as Kundalini yoga with a monk, meditation sessions, and even a cacao ceremony, all of which made the stay feel very special and deeply nourishing.
The food was delicious, and the entire experience felt rejuvenating and thoughtfully curated. I can highly recommend Sen Wellness Sanctuary to anyone looking for a peaceful, restorative, and truly unique retreat.

The Sen Wellness Journey was the best experience I have ever had. It was not a typical vacation, but a very special journey—both on my own and deeply within myself.

Amazing experience! I was only here for 3 days but feel so much better after. The staff is great and really listen to you. The treatments were incredible and put me in such a peaceful mindset for the rest of the day. Their building has a pool and what seems like a private beach. The facilities are updated and very clean. Great retreat and sanctuary!
I am so grateful for my stay at the Sen Sanctuary. I immediatley felt well. The food is very good and healthy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They read your wishes from your eyes. The treatements I liked very much. The yoga teachers very friendly and diverse yoga options. I liked my room very much. The room was cleaned daily. I will come back hopefully soon. Sen Wellness has been amazing. The Ayurvedic treatments are top of the bill, the food is delicious, staff always friendly and the surrounding nature is lovely. The beach, the pool, monkees in the trees, squirrels, birds… I will miss this place, the people, the yoga…is has been a bliss and I feel lighter and full of energy again. Will be back! ❤️
