Spring Awakening Retreat

10-day, 9-night Retreat

20th - 29th March, 2026

The Spring Awakening Retreat is a 10-day wellness programme designed to guide you through the transitions of Spring. Hosted by Sen Wellness founder, Sam Kankanamge, the Signature Retreats include a personal treatment session with Sam in addition to group ceremonies and educational workshops. The 10-day journey will culminate in a deeply transformative and awakening 5-hour heart-opening ceremony integrating cacao medicine, breathwork, chanting, prayer, meditation and other ancient technologies.

We are grateful to our guests who join us from all corners of the world, each bringing their unique light to the group. We believe that no group comes together by accident, there is always a deeper purpose and intention. Some of the deepest healing can occur when we allow others to be a mirror of ourselves. Thoughtfully curated for a group experience, we ask that all guests stay for the full length of the programme. We also recommend arriving a day early if possible.
