βDuring my recent visit to Leh, Ladakh, I had the honour of meeting his holiness, Dali Lama and his innermost circle of esteemed High Lamas.
I am deeply grateful to have been in the presence of such conscious and high energies - those who are on a path of transcending their karmic cycle. While some are more advanced in their journeys than others, it became clear that we are all on a spiritual journey whether we are conscious of it or not. According to Dharma teachings, to be incarnated as a human spirit is the greatest blessing. We are given the gift to lift our souls from the darkness and move towards the light to eventually end the karmic cycle.
During my encounter with his Holiness, he shared with me a mantra, one that I have been chanting for several years now and would like to share with you: βOm Mani Padme Humβ which translates to βThe jewel is in the lotusβ. This six-syllable mantra describes the journey of the soul from darkness to light, like the lotus flower that emerges from muddy waters and blooms as a pure and enlightened flower. As you tune into the seasonal changes and celebrate the New Moon in Leo today, I invite you to recite this beautiful mantra with intention. Practise for 11 minutes a day for 40 days. May it lift you from your karmic path.

With utmost care and respect, we built our land, ensuring minimal impact on the environment and inviting nature to be an integral part of our sanctuary.
In November 2019 we launched an exciting initiative to plant 10,000 mangrove trees within the Rekawa Nature Reserve. This project contributes to the fight against climate change, promote biodiversity and assist the 50 families who depend on the Rekawa Lagoon for a large part of their livelihood.
