Diana Suleimanova a professional yoga teacher delivers mindfulness sessions with a functional approach for busy individuals who want to restore work & life balance and maximise their health, fitness and mental wellbeing. Diana stepped into her Yoga journey in 2013. Yoga Therapy initially served her as a powerful rehabilitation tool for a serious knee injury and has become a career calling.
Diana designs programmes to encourage people to take action to strengthen their wellbeing and performance on a daily basis. Her sessions incorporate specific moves to minimise the negative impacts of home/office working, improve posture, release tightness and realign the body with stretches that target neck and upper and lower back.
Diana chooses a safe approach to teaching yoga, with low-to-medium intensity and with a focus on correct technique, breathing, relaxation, and self-awareness. She is qualified in the UK and India and fully insured to teach worldwide. Diana is also a certified Crystal Sonic and Reiki practitioner.
During the sessions, participants cover basic breathing techniques, a warm-up, asanas (postures), guided relaxations and a short meditation. It is suitable for people of all levels of fitness. Modifications or progressions of postures are offered throughout the sessions.
